Welcome to County Line! This gathering place has been in our dreams since day one of our partnership. From the very start, food – family – friends and fun have been the center of our life. Together, we love to cook and provide a relaxing time for our family and friends on any occasion. Originally from Issaquah, we are more than excited to join the Chelan community.
Our mission at County Line is to share our passion for food and friendships by providing a welcoming eatery for people to enjoy a fresh local meal, libations, and each other. We look forward to meeting you and hope to always provide you with a memorable experience. The inspiration for our name, County Line, comes from the many years Josh spent traveling between mountain lodges and lifts along SR 906 (crossing the “county line” daily) working for the Summit at Snoqualmie – a place and community we love very much!
About Josh & Allison:
Josh has been working in the food and beverage industry since he was 14 years old. He worked for the Summit at Snoqualmie as a Base Area Manager (at both Hyak and Alpental) for over 10 years and another 12 years around other areas of the mountain. He spent over 20 years traveling on SR 906 between the King and Kittitas “County Line” working for the Summit. Personally, Josh loves the Seahawks, snowboarding, music, BBQ-ing, and his border collies – Cash and Hank.
Allison has worked in customer service since she was 16 years old. She worked for several years at Starbucks as well as the Summit at Snoqualmie slinging tacos and beer. While her full-time job is in HR, she is still an active part of County Line. She has a passion for beer, cooking, music, the mountains, snowboarding and her border collies – Cash and Hank.
